These are things that I should do before leaving Brown once (knock on wood) my PhD is done.

• Organize the ~/me directory to put everything (talks, papers, etc.) in the proper public directories. Where possible, things should go into generic directories by topic, rather than something that has my name on it. Rejigger softlinks so that things that have my name on them instead point to the more generic locations. In the end, ~/me should just be full of softlinks.
• Generate and document dependencies among Matlab files. Generate Matlab directory index files.
• Check in important Matlab code to good locations in $G; dump all the rest in some reasonable location. Experiment-specific code and generic code should go in different places --- preferably generic code would all go into $G.
