Data directory hierarchy

The directory hierarchy for $G/data/diffusion, which is documented in $G/data/diffusion/README, should be described either here or in a linked article. The README is pretty messy and a reconsideration of the structure is in order, given the way we receive data for various studies. -- Jadrian Miles 19:37, 18 December 2008 (UTC)

"# DWIs" is a misnomer

In the collaborator table, we should break up the number of images into the number of unweighted / T2 / "b=0" images and the number of weighted images. An indication of the b-value for the weighted images would also be nice.
