To all: I've gone ahead and merged "Something about design rules…" with our usability/cognition matrix, which was explicitly designed to incorporate existing design rules and unify them with cognitive principles. I believe these are redundant and that "Something about design rules…" was legacy text from an earlier iteration of the proposal. E J Kalafarski 13:23, 3 April 2009 (UTC)
