Data

CT volume images of several wrist positions are usually collected for our studies. The acquisition parameters vary form one dataset to the other. The data are usually converted to MRI format at the Bioengineering lab for consistency purposes and to ensure compatibility with our tools.

Technical Notes

The data comes from a CT machine, even though some of the code uses C++ objects that look like they're operating on MRI data.
