Action Items for Sept. 29th, 2009

Hardware – Action items update the wiki with hardware issues and send email to dhl when it’s done (John) tracking - nothing for this yet, as it is a lower priority. It’s okay to list concerns/issues w/? so we can have a structure in place (John)

Travel plans – Action items Date of October 28th has been confirmed. Sam and David need to decide on return time/date. Do we need 2 or 3 days. Once this has been decided, we need to confirm date/time with the Disney folks. (DHL/Sam) Create separate pages on the wiki for the trip i.e.; Calit and Disney. List agenda items for both. They should be some overlapping. (John)

Project Management – Action Items MS project has been installed on Sharon’s machine. John and Sharon have begun to populate sheet. They will continue to work on this and will bring a copy of what they’ve accomplished to the next meeting. (Sharon/John)

Software – Action Items Brad and John met this past week to discuss software tools and $G; need further discussions (John/Brad) Brad update layer cake on wiki. (DONE)
