Run Mechanical Turk Experiments

There are many different ways to run Mechanical Turk(MTurk) experiments, each with its own strength and caveats. Here we outline the basics of running MTurk experiments, useful resources, and pros and cons for some of the existing MTurk toolboxes/API/libraries.
