Software Usability Measurement Inventory (SUMI)

This is a battery of questions, some of which are distracters, that measure user affect ("perceived quality"). This battery has been run against a bunch of standard applications and so when the test is administered the scores can be normalized and compared relative to a known range. (OWNER: Andrew Bragdon)
