Extensive qualitative data on how users multi-task in an ecologically valid environment in terms of communication chains, a concept the authors develop. This paper includes a predictive component and so promises to be quite relevant to our work. (Andrew Bragdon)

I have included the year in the title - maybe we should start doing this so we can easily see when papers were done (just a thought)
