Use this template, {{yes|<alternate_text>}}, in tables to indicate a positive value. The default text in the cell is "Y", but you can provide alternate text, including no text at all. Another valid way of calling this template is {{Y}}.

The following table demonstrates how to use the various predefined table-cell templates. Make the template code the only content of a table cell to get the desired result.

Template Code Result
{{Yes}}, {{yes}}, {{Y}}, or {{y}} Y
{{Yes|Uh-huh}} Uh-huh
{{Maybe}}, {{maybe}}, {{Some}}, {{some}}, or {{~}} ~
{{Maybe|Ummm}} Ummm
{{No}}, {{no}}, {{N}}, or {{n}} N
{{No|Nuh-uh}} Nuh-uh
{{Dunno}}, {{dunno}}, {{Unk}}, {{unk}}, or {{?}} ?
{{Dunno|Huh?}} Huh?
{{N/A}} or {{n/a}} N/A
{{n/a|Mu}} Mu
