This is a battery of questions, some of which are distracters, that measure user affect ("perceived quality"). This battery has been run against a bunch of standard applications and so when the test is administered the scores can be normalized and compared relative to a known range. (OWNER: Andrew Bragdon)

  • Actability Principles in Theory and Practice. Agerfalk, Par J, 2003. (Only section 2.1 is relevant to us, but it makes a cursory effort at parsing some common principles out of design guidelines.
