Extensive qualitative data on how users multi-task in an ecologically valid environment in terms of communication chains, a concept the authors develop based on previous work. This paper includes a predictive component and so promises to be quite relevant to our work. (Andrew Bragdon)
I have included the year in the title - maybe we should start doing this so we can easily see when papers were done (just a thought)
Article: Embodied models as simulated users
. Approaches the idea of cognitive models from a more theoretical standpoint, seems to be in the vein of developing a taxonomy for such models. Also delves into current as well as possible future applications of cognitive models, and the structure which such models are likely to follow. Seems to be a good basis for beginning to deconstruct current models and construct a new one. (Owner- Steven)
