** Outcomes for the compbio/bio folks:&lt;br /&gt;
*** Deployment of a flexible, reusable visualization library supporting common data formats that eliminates the need to write visualization code for many types of data (GD3)&lt;br /&gt;
*** Completion of an interactive tool for analyzing/exploring SV data, aimed at reducing the time spent generating and manually searching through all pairwise combination of SV algorithm output.&lt;br /&gt;
